Job Description:

Investment Services-Trade Reconciliation  
  • Trade Processing – Buy/Sell tickets (record the transactions in the system), Security Master File recon, reconciliation (trade, positions, cash etc.) trade posting, Liaison with broker and bank for confirmation, allocation and settlements, identify exceptions/breaks, Liaison with relevant stakeholders to resolve exceptions/breaks
  • Reporting – Handle medium to high complex Daily/weekly/Month/quarter end reports for securities, funds, derivatives, Prices, NAV etc. for internal/external stakeholders
  • Investment Pricing and Reporting - Reconcile prices/NAV, perform research and resolve exceptions, escalate exceptions to relevant stakeholders if required, ensure all exceptions/overrides are recorded in the system
  • Record and reconcile additional income (Interest, Dividends etc.), resolve discrepancies
  • Documentation maintenance, handle audit requests
  • Review all transactions to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness
  • Knowledge of MS-Office Suite. Especially MS - Excel.
  • Working experience on Trading and Investments systems (Bloomberg, Clearwater, Aladdin, PAM/PFI, custodian applications, NAIC AVS/Vision etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of financial instruments (Fixed income securities, Derivatives, Private Equity, Mutual Funds, Private Placements etc.)
  • Exposure to global securities markets is must
